Here is our process:
Step 1.
Strategy Session
We'll meet virtually or in-person & strategize your podcast's focus & goals. We'll discuss the format (interview vs. solo-read) as well as potential hosts & guests.
Step 3.
Coordinate Recording
Whether your podcast will be recorded in-person or virtually, we'll coordinate all aspects of the production. We'll secure the camera/audio crew for in-person shoots and we'll arrange a day/time & send out a link & interview questions for virtual shoots.
Step 5.
Edit Episode
We'll assemble each episode, adding the intro/outro, music, graphics and edit out any mistakes to make all speakers sound their best. We use a.i. tools to fine tune everyone's image and audio so they look/sound as polished & professional as possible. We'll also edit promo clips (each a minute or less) which are used to promote the podcast as YouTube Shorts & on social media. We send the full podcast & these clips to you to approve prior to posting them.
Step 2.
Branding Package
We'll create a graphics pkg:

Step 4.
Record Episode
A podcast producer will be on-site or on the virtual link ensuring everyone's video/audio is optimal and they'll manage the shoot ensuring we get all of the elements needed for a top-notch podcast production.
Step 6.
Post Episode
We post the full episode and/or the promo clips along with captions and a call to action to your YouTube channel and social media platforms. We will also post your episode and promo clips to our own Breakthrough Videos YouTube channel and social media platforms to help boost your exposure (Breakthrough Videos has a combined audience of 37,000 followers/subscribers and counting - click our social links at the bottom of this page to see them all).
